Truitt
A. Mallory graduated from the University of Georgia
School of Law in 1973 and has been engaged in the private
practice of law since that time. In 1985 he and
his partner founded the firm of Mallory & Trice
and provide legal services to clients in Upson and other
counties in west central Georgia.
Truitt
handles a substantial number of Social Security disability
claims in addition to probate, personal injury, and
litigation for the firm. He is a native of Thomaston
where he lives with his wife Julie and their children.

Edward Trice, Jr.

J. Edward Trice, Jr., is a partner and a founding member
of the firm. His primary areas of practice are real
property, probate, and municipal law.
A native of Thomaston, Georgia, he graduated from the
University of Georgia in 1972 with a Business Administration
degree and received his Law degree from the Walter F.
George School of Law at Mercer University in 1975.
He practiced with the firm of Adams, Barfield & Dunaway
from 1975 to July 1985. Ed is admitted to practice
in all Georgia courts and the Federal District Court for
the Middle District of Georgia.

John R. Mallory graduated from Georgia Southern College,
B.A., Georgia State University, M. Ed., and Woodrow
Wilson College of Law, JD.
John was admitted to
the Georgia Bar in 1978 and spends the majority of his
practice in juvenile deprivation, real estate, and domestic
relation matters. He is a native of Thomaston
where he lives with his wife Mary.
